Detailed Itinerary
Origin City - Luxor - Nile Cruise
Departure by special flight to Luxor, transfer directly to the cruise ship and picnic-style dinner in the cabin. Overnight on board.
Luxor - Esna - Edfu
Visit the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut temple, Deir el-Bahari, the Colossi of Memnon, Karnak and Luxor temples. Sail towards Esna.
Edfu - Kom Ombo
Visit Edfu temple dedicated to Horus, then continue sailing to Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek on the banks of the Nile.
Aswan - Abu Simbel
Early departure to the temples of Abu Simbel, dedicated to Ramses II and Nefertari. Return to the cruise and enjoy a felucca ride in Aswan.
Aswan - Cairo - Domestic Flight
Check out from the cruise, visit Philae temple and transfer to Aswan airport for the domestic flight to Cairo. Hotel accommodation on arrival.
Cairo - Giza Pyramids - GEM - Cairo by Night
Visit the Giza pyramids and the Sphinx, then the new Grand Egyptian Museum GEM. Lunch included. Evening visit to Khan el-Khalili with typical Cairo dinner.

Day 1 - City of Origin - Aswan - Nile Cruise - Dinner
We depart from the City of Origin on a special flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, we will transfer directly to the ship and enjoy a picnic-style dinner in the cabin. Overnight on board the cruise.
Day 2 - Abu Simbel - Kom Ombo - Edfu - Nile Cruise - Full Board
We depart early in the morning for an excursion to the Abu Simbel temples. We will visit the interior of Pharaoh Ramesses II's temple and the temple of his wife Nefertari. Both temples were dismantled and rebuilt in 1964 due to the construction of the Aswan High Dam. Upon returning to Aswan, we will continue the tour with a visit to Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, the goddess of love. Considered one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples in the country, it is located on a small island, giving it a magical setting. Later, we will enjoy a ride on a felucca, the traditional Egyptian sailboat, to admire life along the banks of the Nile and its surrounding landscapes. Next, we will sail to Kom Ombo, where we will visit its temple at sunset, dedicated to Sobek, the god with a crocodile head and human body. To end the day, we will continue sailing towards Edfu. Lunch and dinner on board the cruise.
Day 3 - Edfu - Esna - Luxor - Nile Cruise - Full Board
After breakfast, our first stop will be the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. It is the second-largest temple in Egypt, surpassed only by the Temple of Amun-Ra in Karnak, and one of the best preserved in the country, featuring impressive reliefs that recount the mythology and history of Ancient Egypt. After the visit, we will return to the ship to continue sailing towards Esna, where we will pass through the lock—a construction that allows ships to adjust to an eight-meter difference in water level caused by the dam. After this segment, we will arrive in Luxor, and depending on the cruise schedule, afternoon visits may be possible. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day 4 - Luxor - Cairo - Domestic Flight - Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast and disembarkation from the cruise. We will visit the Valley of the Kings and the Theban Necropolis, the historic setting of the New Kingdom. We will continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to the only female pharaoh, and stop before the imposing Colossi of Memnon. Afterward, we will explore the Karnak Temple complex and Luxor Temple, the largest religious complex in the country, dedicated to the god Amun-Ra. Once the visits are finished, transfer to the airport for the flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Day 5 - Cairo - Giza Pyramids - New Grand GEM Museum - Cairo by Night - Full Board
After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the day by visiting the impressive complex of the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the country's main tourist attraction and one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Next, we will approach the majestic Sphinx, commissioned by Pharaoh Khafre, which guards the funerary complex with its lion body and human head, symbolizing royal power. We will continue with a visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), considered the largest archaeological museum in the world and a landmark of modern architecture. Across its galleries, spread over 20,000 m², we will discover more than 14,000 artifacts narrating Egypt's history from prehistory to the Roman era, offering a unique perspective on Ancient Egyptian society, pharaohs, and religion. During the visit, we will enjoy an included lunch. In the afternoon, we will head to Cairo's historic center to immerse ourselves in the bustling Khan el-Khalili market, the largest and most famous in Africa, filled with bazaars, handicrafts, and local life. At dusk, we will complete the day with a typical Cairene dinner at a restaurant located right in the heart of the market, surrounded by the night atmosphere and illuminated mosques. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 6 - Cairo - Full Day in the City - Saqqara - Full Board
After breakfast, we will explore Cairo in all its grandeur. Our first stop will be the Saqqara Necropolis, one of the most important milestones in Egyptian history, where we can admire the Pyramid of Djoser (entrance not included), considered the first pyramid built in the country. Next, we will head to the Citadel of Saladin to visit the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, a gem of Islamic architecture. After this visit, we will enjoy an included lunch. Later, we will tour the Coptic Quarter, one of Egypt's most sacred places, rich in history and tradition. Dinner at a local restaurant and accommodation.
Day 7 - Cairo - Free Day - Bed and Breakfast
After breakfast, you will have a free day in Cairo to enjoy the city at your own pace. Option to book a full-day optional excursion to Alexandria, with lunch included.
Day 8 - Cairo - City of Origin - Breakfast
Picnic or buffet breakfast (depending on flight time), transfer to the airport, and return flight back to Spain. End of our services.
